1. Our factory has a physical and chemical lab. The laboratory equipment includes electronic universal testing machine,

    hydraulic universal testing machine, hardness tester, metallographic microscope, direct reading spectrometer, conventional five element analysis, impact testing machine, tensile machine, etc.

  First, Only qualified raw material with certification is acceptable. Second, The quality control process in the production process is divided into:

 (1) The automatic molding of the sand-mixed wet mold adopts the resin-coated sand core and strictly follows the parameters of the instruction manual.

 (2) The intermediate frequency furnace melting and pouring, the parameters of the furnace are grasped, and the rapid analyzer and rapid thermometer in front of the furnace are used to conduct a qualified inspection of the molten metal after smelting in strict accordance with the operating procedures.

(3) Casting inspection, strictly abide by the inspection specifications, and improve the quality of castings.

 Our factory has a  on line chemical analyzer/ in front of the furnace. There are pre-furnace rapid analyzers and thermometers for pre-furnace testing to control the material strictly and pouring temperature strictly.

We can do the breaking load test of the wing nut or prop cup nut in house. the instrument we use is a tensile machine. (we done for Germany, USA and Italy importers)

Anyway. we have  Quality Control team to  have a full set of quality control system to guarantee best product quality. Depending on the products, we can make different Item Testing Plan:Raw material control,Chemistry spectrum analysis Mechanical property,Metallographic analysis ,Dimension inspection,

Visual inspection,Hardness test. we take the Control during mold checking, core box checking, molding, sand core making, pouring, after shotblasting. cleaning.before galvanizing, after galvanizing, checking the thread, and final checking before packing.
